Orienteering Canada LTAD Guide

Orienteering Canada recently produced these beautiful books introducing their new Long Term Athlete Development plan. Not only do these books look great on a bookshelf but they are also chalk full of very helpful information for coaches, athletes, parents, club administrators, and everyone in between.
